Delivery and Orders

1. AVAILABILITY OF WINES

We will inform you by email or standard mail when the wines become available (in principle during the first half of 2022 for 2019 en primeur wines), by issuing an invoice including taxes, transport (except for orders benefiting from free shipping), and insurance of the goods in transit. Upon receipt of your payment settling your purchases, we will ship your wines according to your instructions. If, one year after availability, the buyer has not paid the remaining balance of the invoice (VAT + shipping), the number of bottles ordered may be reduced at the seller’s discretion in order to match the final invoiced amount including VAT.

NB: shipment of en primeur wines can only be carried out once all items in the order are available in our cellars.

We will store your wines free of charge for three months after the availability date. After this period, storage and insurance fees will apply. In the event of non-payment of storage fees, the goods may be retained by the seller until payment is received.

If the wines cannot be made available for reasons beyond our control (producer responsibility, destruction of goods, serious quality issues, or any other reason making supply impossible), we will refund all amounts paid.

COLLECTION FROM MILLÉSIMES:

Free if collected within 60 days following your order. After this period, see storage fees section.

2. TRANSPORT COST

2.a. Standard transport:

Shipping and insurance costs are indicative and will be calculated at the time of dispatch. Estimates can be provided upon request.

Estimated delivery costs for 2021 en primeur:

  49 to 60 bottles: €40 excl. VAT

Free shipping applies for any order equal to or above €1,500 excl. VAT. Shipping is free for collection from our cellars in Maussane. Only insurance fees will then be charged at 1.5% of the total order value.

For Europe, worldwide and island destinations (Balearics, Sicily, Sardinia, etc.), please contact us. Quotes available upon request. We ship to over 100 countries.

3. INSURANCE COST

1.5% of the order value. Insurance applies regardless of the order amount or destination. This insurance covers full reimbursement in the event of loss, theft, or breakage.

4. RECEIPT OF GOODS

Goods are transported under applicable transport regulations. For any claim (breakage, missing items, damage), reservations must be precise, detailed, and noted on the delivery document at the time of delivery, and notified to the carrier by registered letter within 3 days of receipt. As soon as we are informed of the issue (by fax, email, or post, within a maximum of 8 days), we will activate the insurance and refund or replace the wines accordingly.

Important: statements such as “subject to unpacking” are legally invalid.
