DELIVERY TIMES:
All our wines are immediately available and can be delivered the next day, by express transport for up to 18 kg (for any order placed and paid before 12:00 pm), within 3 to 4 working days by standard transport within France, and within 3 to 6 working days within Europe. These delivery times do not engage our liability, but only that of the carriers. Therefore, any delivery delay shall not give rise to damages or compensation.
COLLECTION BY YOURSELF AT MILLÉSIMES:
Free of charge if collected within 60 days following your order. After this period, please refer to the storage fees section.

INSURANCE COST:
1% of the value of the order. The insurance fee is charged regardless of the amount of the order shipped, the destination, and the mode of transport, whether standard or express. This insurance allows you to be reimbursed in full in case of loss, theft, or breakage.
RECEIPT OF GOODS:
Goods are transported under the current transport regulations. For any claim (breakage, missing bottles, damage), reservations must be precise, detailed, and stated on the transport document at the time of delivery, and must be notified to the carrier by registered letter within 3 days following receipt. As soon as we are informed of the claim, by fax, email, or post (within 8 days at the latest), we will activate the insurance and reimburse you or replace the wines accordingly.

Delivery (Futures)
MAKING WINES AVAILABLE
We will notify you by email or standard post when the wines are made available (in principle during the first half of 2022 for the 2019 futures), and we will send you an invoice including taxes, transport (except for orders benefiting from free shipping) and insurance for the transported goods. Upon receipt of your payment settling your purchases, we will ship your wines according to your instructions. If, one year after the wines are made available, the buyer has not paid the balance of the invoice (VAT + shipping), the number of bottles ordered will be reduced at the seller’s discretion in order to match the VAT-inclusive amount delivered as stated on the final invoice.
NB: Shipment of wines purchased as futures can only be made once all references in the order are available in our cellars.
We will store your wines free of charge for three months after the date the wines are made available. After this period, storage and insurance fees will apply. In case of non-payment of storage fees, the goods may be retained by the seller until these fees have been paid.
In the event that the wines cannot be made available for reasons beyond our control (producer responsibility, destruction of the goods, serious damage to wine quality, or any other reason making supply impossible), we will reimburse all sums paid in full.

Free shipping applies for any order equal to or above €1,500 excl. VAT. Shipping is free for collection in our cellars in Maussane. Only insurance fees will then be calculated at 1.5% of the value of the order.
