GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (excluding Futures)
By confirming an order on our website www.millesimes.com, you accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 1: Prices
Prices displayed on www.millesimes.com are non-binding and subject to availability, except in the case of confirmed sale. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time the order is validated (except in case of error or omission).
Although our website is regularly updated, availability may not be in real time. The website is updated at least once per day, Monday to Friday.
Article 2: Payment
Secure payment by credit card via an online payment service compliant with SSL standards.
Secure payment by PayPal. Secure payment by Apple Pay. Secure payment by Google Pay.
Payment by bank transfer: you can make a transfer through our partner bank. The bank details will be provided to you upon validation of your order, along with the total amount due.
Article 3: Delivery times and availability
The delivery process begins upon receipt of payment. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at the time of order validation.
Indicative delivery times are:
Mainland France:
24 to 48 hours (express)
2 to 6 working days (standard)
Europe:
5 to 10 working days depending on the destination
We cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to postal services or carriers. No delivery delay shall give rise to compensation.
Delivery times for other destinations vary depending on the country. Shipments take place from Monday to Friday only.
Deliveries are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, we will proceed with reimbursement or replacement in agreement with the buyer.
The sale is concluded with a retention of title clause in accordance with applicable French law.
Article 4: VAT and Prices
All prices are expressed in EURO and displayed either including VAT or excluding VAT depending on the user’s choice (with the exception of “Futures” displayed excluding VAT).
The VAT rate applicable in mainland France is 20%. VAT rates applicable in other European countries are those in force at the time of the order.
Prices are per bottle or per indicated format. For delivery and insurance costs, please refer to the relevant sections.
The minimum order amount is €100 including VAT. There is no minimum quantity unless otherwise specified.
Certain wines may be reserved for the French market.
Article 5: Delivery Costs
Delivery costs: please refer to the “Delivery” section of the website.
Cellar collection: collection of wines within 60 days following the order is free of charge. After this period, storage fees may apply.
Insurance: insurance equivalent to 1% of the total order value is applied, regardless of the amount, destination, or shipping method. This insurance covers loss, theft, or breakage.
In case of damage, breakage, or missing items, any anomaly must be clearly stated on the delivery slip and notified to the carrier by registered letter within 3 days following receipt. MILLÉSIMES must also be informed within a maximum of 8 days by email or post.
Statements such as “subject to unpacking” have no legal value.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided.
Article 6: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French consumer law, the buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.
Initial delivery costs, return costs, and preparation costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
MILLÉSIMES SAS must be informed of the return by email or post.
Reimbursement will take place within 14 days from notification of the decision to withdraw by the buyer.
However, MILLÉSIMES SAS reserves the right to defer reimbursement until the goods have been recovered or until the buyer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the buyer.
Article 7: Alcohol Regulation and Legal Information
In accordance with Article L.3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited. By validating the order, the buyer declares that they are at least 18 years old on the date of the order.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Consume in moderation.

MILLÉSIMES SAS undertakes to respect the confidentiality of information provided by the buyer. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. The buyer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data in accordance with applicable law.
Article 8: Miscellaneous
Corked wines: responsibility in the event of a corked wine lies with the estate or merchant who bottled the wine. In case of suspected cork taint, the bottle (full or nearly full) and the original cork must be returned together with proof of purchase. The claim will be forwarded to the relevant estate or merchant, whose decision will determine whether a replacement is granted.
