ORDERS & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly on our website. Once payment is received, your order is confirmed and prepared for shipment.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

  • Credit card (secure SSL payment)
  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 8 days.


Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order value is €100 including VAT. There is no minimum quantity per wine unless otherwise specified.


In which currency are prices displayed?

All prices are shown in EUR. Depending on the delivery country, prices may include VAT or be shown net. The applicable VAT is calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are prepared and shipped Monday to Friday once payment has been received. You will receive confirmation when your wines leave our cellars.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method:

France (metropolitan):

  • Express: 24–48 hours
  • Classic: 2–6 working days

Europe:

  • Generally 5–10 working days

Other destinations:

  • Delivery time depends on the country. Please contact us for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to numerous international destinations. For islands and specific overseas locations, shipping is quoted individually depending on quantity.


How much does shipping cost?

Metropolitan France:

  • €20 incl. VAT
  • Free shipping on orders over €800 incl. VAT

Italy, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg:

  • €35 incl. VAT
  • Free shipping on orders over €3,000 incl. VAT

Express and international rates vary depending on quantity and destination.


Is my shipment insured?

Yes. All shipments are insured for 1% of the order value. This ensures full reimbursement in case of loss, theft or breakage.


What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Any breakage or missing bottles must be clearly noted on the delivery slip and reported to the transporter within 3 days. Please inform us within 8 days so we can initiate the insurance procedure and arrange reimbursement or replacement.


Do you ship during warm weather?

We carefully monitor shipping conditions. In case of extreme temperatures, we may adapt shipment timing to protect wine quality.

PROVENANCE & PRESERVATION

How are the wines stored?
The wines are kept in optimal conditions, at controlled temperature, until they are shipped.


How do you guarantee the authenticity of the wines?

We work directly with numerous estates and long-standing partners. Provenance and storage conditions are central to our standards.


Are the wines physically in stock?

We have a stock of over 300,000 bottles. Availability is confirmed at the time of ordering. In the event of exceptional unavailability, we offer a replacement or a refund.

CONSULTING & SERVICES

Do you offer personalized advice?
Yes. Our team is available to assist you with your choices. This advice is offered free of charge and without obligation, whether for a one-off selection or a specific search.

Can you assist me in structuring or developing a wine cellar?
We advise our clients who wish to structure, enrich or refine their wine cellar according to their tastes and objectives.

Can you search for a specific wine?
Thanks to our established relationships with property owners and dealers, we can search for specific references upon request. Please feel free to contact us for a personalized request.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?
In accordance with consumer law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the wines. Products must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the returned goods.

CAPSOLETED BOTTLES

What should you do if a bottle is corked?
If you have any doubts, please return the bottle (full or nearly full) with the original cap and proof of purchase. The claim will be forwarded to the producer or distributor, who will decide on a replacement. If the request is accepted, we will proceed with the proposed replacement.

COLLECTION & STORAGE

Can I pick up my order directly from Millésimes?
Yes. Collection is free within 60 days of ordering. After that, storage fees may apply.

LEGAL INFORMATION & PERSONAL DATA

Is there an age limit for ordering?
Yes. In accordance with French law, the sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. By confirming your order, you certify that you are at least 18 years old.

Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health. Drink in moderation.


How is my personal data processed?

Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable French law. It is used exclusively for order processing, customer relations, and improving our services. It is never shared with third parties.
