Orders & Availability
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Trade pricing is available for professional clients upon proof of business activity (e.g. VAT number).
Are all wines in stock?
All wines listed on our website and trade price list are available in our cellar in Provence. If a wine is not in stock, this is explicitly indicated.
Can I order mixed cases?
Yes. A large majority of our wines are available by the bottle, allowing you to create fully mixed selections.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No. There is no minimum order requirement. Complimentary shipping is offered from €800 (excl. tax) for professional clients.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and conditions depend on the destination and order size.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders are dispatched once payment is received (Monday to Friday).
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. Express delivery can be arranged upon request, depending on destination and volume.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, credit card and American Express via secure payment link.
First orders are prepaid. Payment terms (e.g. 30 days) may be offered afterward depending on the client and location.
Do you offer advice or sourcing support?
Yes. We assist with tailored selections, wine list creation, and sourcing specific wines.
Can you source rare or older vintages?
Yes. Through our stock and network, we can source back vintages and hard-to-find wines on request.
Do you organise tastings?
Yes. Tastings can be arranged through your local sales contact.
Do you work directly with estates? Where do your wines come from?
Yes. We source wines directly from estates through long-standing relationships, as well as via a trusted network of collectors and cellar acquisitions, giving access to both current releases and rare vintages.
