Prize Draw Rules

→ Who can participate?

The prize draw is open to adults (minimum 18 years of age, and having reached the legal drinking age in their country of residence), residing in one of the countries listed below, and placing an order in a personal capacity on the private customer area of the Millésimes website.

Eligible countries:

France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand.

Excluded participants:

  • Professional customers (restaurateurs, wine merchants, négociants, importers, professional sommeliers) and any order placed via the professional area of the website.
  • Millésimes employees and their immediate family members.

→ How to participate?

Simply place an order on the private customer area of the Millésimes website during the prize draw period, for a minimum amount of €300 excluding tax (VAT). Entry is automatic: no form to fill in.

Prize draw period:

From Tuesday, 2 June 2026 at 14:00 AM to Tuesday, 9 June 2026 at 14:00 AM (Paris time).

Requirements:

  • Net order amount of at least €300 excluding tax, after any discounts, gift cards, or credits, and excluding shipping fees, service fees, and local taxes.
  • Order fully paid and settled before the closing of the prize draw (instalment payments not accepted).
  • Shipping address located in one of the eligible countries listed above.
  • One entry per person only. If you place several orders during the prize draw period, only one order will be retained for the draw (the earliest by timestamp).

Please note: if an order is cancelled, fully or partially refunded after the draw, and its amount falls below €300 excluding tax, eligibility is lost and a new draw will take place.

  • 1 bottle of Château Lafite Rothschild, Premier Grand Cru Classé du Médoc, 1984 vintage, 75 cl format.
  • Estimated value: €350 excluding tax.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No cash equivalent may be requested.

→ The draw

Thursday, 11 June 2026 at 14:00 PM (noon, Paris time), broadcast live on the official Millésimes Instagram account.

The draw is performed via Random.org, displayed in screen-share mode during the live broadcast. Only the winning order number is revealed during the live — no personal data (name, first name, city, email) is publicly disclosed, in order to preserve the winner’s anonymity.

The winner is contacted directly by email after the live broadcast, at the email address linked to their order. They then have 7 calendar days to come forward and confirm their intention to accept the prize. Without a reply within this timeframe, a new draw will be carried out.

The live broadcast is recorded and remains available for 1 month after the draw.

→ Costs payable by the winner

Important: delivery is not free of shipping costs or taxes.

The winner is responsible for all costs related to shipping and importing the prize into their country: transport, insurance, customs duties, excise duties, import VAT, and any other applicable local taxes.

Millésimes will provide the winner with an estimated quote of these costs before they definitively confirm acceptance of the prize. The winner may therefore decline at this stage if they consider the costs too high — in which case, a new draw will be carried out (up to a maximum of 3 substitute draws).

The prize is shipped within 7 calendar days following receipt of the winner’s payment for these costs. The winner is solely responsible for obtaining any import authorisations required in their country.

→ Personal data

The personal data collected (name, email, address, etc.) is used solely for managing the prize draw and delivering the prize. It is retained for 1 year after the draw, then archived for 10 years to comply with accounting obligations. You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, or deletion by email to contact@millesimes.com.

→ Complaints and full rules

Any complaint must be sent to contact@millesimes.com within 7 days following the draw. In the event of an unresolved dispute, consumers residing in the European Union may refer the matter to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

This English version is provided for the convenience of non-French-speaking participants. In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions, the French version shall prevail.
