Champagne Bruno Paillard offers a cuvée with a fine texture, endowed with vibrant acidity and precise balance. The whole offers an interesting aromatic complexity, between floral notes and nuances of citrus, sometimes underscored by a touch of brioche. One appreciates its persistent freshness and its promising aging potential. A harmonious champagne, reflecting a mastered savoir-faire.
The Champagne house Bruno Paillard, founded in 1981 by Bruno Paillard himself, has distinguished itself through a unique approach aimed at crafting champagnes of great purity. The story began with the desire of one man, a former broker in Reims, to create a house in his own image, prioritizing finesse and elegance.
From the very beginning, particular attention has been paid to the selection of grapes, sourced exclusively from the first press, and to limiting dosages in order to best reveal the potential of the terroirs. The estate now spans some thirty hectares, a significant portion of which is classified as Grands Crus. These vines are located on prestigious Champagne terroirs, notably the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs, with plots in Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Verzenay, and Cumières. These grapes represent a major part of the house's supply, supplemented by purchases from carefully selected partner winegrowers. Today, Alice Paillard continues the house's commitment to excellence and the authentic expression of the Champagne terroirs.
