Château history

The Fleury Père & Fils estate is a historic player in the Côte des Bar, crafting distinctive champagnes for over a century. The roots of this family estate are found in Courteron, a village on the border of the Chablis vineyards. The Fleury vineyard spans approximately 15 hectares, where the three main Champagne grape varieties are grown: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc. The estate distinguished itself through a pioneering approach to biodynamics as early as 1989. This philosophy, which aims to respect the environment and foster the expression of the terroir, is at the heart of the house's identity. It is reflected in the meticulous attention paid to the vines and their ecosystem. The goal is to reveal the authenticity of the terroir through vibrant wines, while preserving nature.
