Established in these Loire lands for as long as anyone can remember, the Breton family has been cultivating vines for five generations in Restigné, in the heart of Indre-et-Loire. The estate spans the Bourgueil, Chinon, and Vouvray appellations, where the cellars hold the memory of exceptional vintages.
As pioneers of natural wine, Catherine and Pierre Breton adopted organic and then biodynamic viticulture very early on. Their commitment rests on respect for the land, the grape, and the people who taste their wines. In the vineyards, there is no reliance on chemicals, but rather attentive soil management to preserve its vitality. In the cellar, fermentations are natural, without inputs and with very little sulfur, allowing the wine the freedom to express itself fully.
