Domaine Saint Andrieu offers honest wines with beautiful freshness. They feature a silky texture, harmonious balance, and delicate substance. The reds express present yet well-integrated tannins, while the rosés stand out for their liveliness and fruity aromas. The collection reveals a pleasant persistence, a sign of definite aging potential, particularly for the reds of the Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation.
Domaine Saint Andrieu is a Provençal vineyard located in the commune of Correns, in the hinterland. In 2003, Jean-Paul and Nancy Bignon, already owners of Château Talbot in Saint-Julien, acquired the estate.
The history of Domaine Saint Andrieu is intimately linked to its high-altitude terroir. Situated at 380 meters, the vineyard benefits from a favorable microclimate, protected from climatic extremes by the foothills of the Alps. The presence of numerous springs, including the Saint Andrieu spring from which the estate takes its name, ensures a regular water supply. The preserved landscape is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, contributing to the uniqueness of the site.
