The Renais project is centered on adding value to existing viticultural resources. The brand name itself evokes a rebirth, a new life cycle for the raw materials sourced from the family’s certified organic estate. The idea is to create a spirit that is an expression of the terroir and a tribute to French winemaking expertise. As such, Renais gin is crafted from grapes grown on the family estate and those of neighboring winemakers, using a neutral spirit sourced from the Beaujolais region. The originality of the process lies notably in the use of grape skins.
