Refund policy

In accordance with French consumer law (article L221-18), the buyer has a withdrawal period of fourteen days from receipt of the order.

Exchange or refund takes place within 30 days of the returned goods being received.

The order must be returned in its original packaging, together with the invoice. Shipping costs, both original and return, and handling charges are payable by the buyer.

MILLÉSIMES SAS must be notified of the return of the goods by email or by post.
