Vinous Tasting Note

The 2021 Mi-Pente is the freshest, purest fruited expression I've seen in a while from Domaine de la Butte. A little closed but needs time to open up. Slightly dry on the finish, it has lovely complexity, pull and freshness. Bright acidity gives it tension, length and excellent chalky tannins. Fine red fruit, black olive, dried herbs and cocoa combine on the long finish.
