Saint-Joseph Rhone Valley Red
Located in the town of Mauves, this family estate carries the name of its former manager, marking the first time the wines were sold in bottles in 1974. Bernard Gripa crafts both red and white Saint-Joseph as well as Saint-Péray. The 16 hectares are situated on granitic soils, lending mineral qualities and a nice aging potential to the wines. The estate's reputation was built on the Le Berceau cuvée, equally superb in both red and white (100% Marsanne). Made from century-old vines, these two perfectly balanced cuvées are among the finest expressions of Saint Joseph.
