Vinous Tasting Note

The 2021 Riesling Les Jardins is from all the different geologies, from Epfig and surroundings. The nose opens with subtle peachiness and a floral clover note. The palate is subtle; ripe, zesty lemon flavors are evident but shy, gaining traction towards the finish, like both pith and zest of lemon combined, textured, fresh and ultra-light. (Bone-dry)
