Five hectares at Jonquières, 2,500 bottles a year, and a grower who learned the trade with Laurent Vaillé at La Grange des Pères. We took him on this year and held him back for the Fair.
Syrah, Carignan and Grenache on clay and limestone, each vinified separately, two years in barrel. No appellation claimed. Seven references, everything he sent us, two of them in magnum. Limited quantities, served in order of purchase.
