Domaine William Fevre has established itself as an essential benchmark in Chablis, in the heart of Burgundy. Founded in 1959, this estate has actively contributed to the revival of this flagship appellation. Its history is one of gradual expansion, driven by a selection of remarkable plots, including many prestigious Grand Crus. Now part of Maison Bouchard Père & Fils, the estate perpetuates a tradition of excellence, with Didier Seguier overseeing the quality and style of the wines. William Fevre Chablis are particularly appreciated for their pure and precise expression of terroir, their vibrant freshness, and their characteristic minerality. The range extends from Petit Chablis to the most renowned Grand Crus, such as Les Clos, Les Preuses, and Bougros Côte Bouguerots. The Vaillons and Fourchaume Premier Crus also illustrate the estate's singular style. It is said that William Fèvre was among the first to replant Chardonnay after the devastation of phylloxera, thus helping to restore the appellation's prestige.
