Charles Heidsieck Blanc des Millénaires, coffret 2007

In 2007, the Blanc des Millénaires from the House of Charles Heidsieck expresses a remarkable alliance of energy and maturity after many years of aging. Driven by precise bubbles and a creamy texture, the wine unfolds fine aromas of brioche and citrus zest, underlined by a very elegant salty chalk imprint. The balance maintains a lovely vibrancy on the palate, guaranteeing still very fine tasting prospects ahead.
