Time has woven a silky texture, supported by notes of noble undergrowth that herald its beautiful evolution. A wine of great stature, both present and remarkably refined.

Vinous Tasting Note

The 2007 Clos de la Roche Grand Cru has a slightly earthy bouquet with touches of iodine and brown spices. Mature but certainly a long way from tired. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, sour cherry and orange rind with a pinch of white pepper. There is just a touch of VA on the finish, but otherwise this is an open and very appealing Clos de la Roche.
