A very sophisticated Cotes-du-Rhone that is concentrated and mellow, with a wealth of warm dry-earth, baking-spice and meaty aromas. Excellent balance on the medium- to full-bodied palate. And at five years of age it still has some healthy tannins at the long, supple finish. Drink or hold.
