In 1996, the classic freshness of the vintage allowed the Pommard Epenots from Dubreuil-Fontaine to stand the test of time with remarkable poise. After nearly thirty years of evolution, the wine delivers a melted texture blending softened black plum, faded violet, and a fine graphite framework. Its polished tannins and straight, lingering finish define a fully mature cuvée, still capable of aging with complete serenity.
