Jadot Louis Puligny Montrachet 1er cru la Garenne 2024

The Louis Jadot estate is an essential figure in Burgundy, firmly rooted in Beaune since the 19th century. Its history is that of a merchant house that has become a benchmark, passionately exploring the mosaic of Burgundian terroirs, from village appellations to the most illustrious Grand Crus. Louis Jadot owns a vast estate in the Côte d'Or, where a dedicated team strives to reveal the unique expression of each *climat*. Louis Jadot wines are distinguished by their elegance and balance, offering a precise interpretation of the terroirs. Their wines from the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune are particularly appreciated. Among the iconic cuvées are prestigious Grand Crus such as the Chambertin Clos-de-Bèze and the Corton-Charlemagne, magnificent expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The estate also excels in crafting exceptional white wines, such as the Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru Domaine des Héritiers Louis Jadot. The house has chosen the head of Bacchus as its emblem, a tribute to the richness and diversity of Burgundy wines. Among the most sought-after cuvées are Louis Jadot Clos Saint-Jacques, Louis Jadot Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru, and Louis Jadot Domaine des Héritiers Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, all useful benchmarks for understanding the house's identity.
