Vinous Tasting Note

The 2023 Vendange Entière is a suave, mouth-filling Pinot Noir with a scented nose of spice, nutmeg, cherry and a mere hint of herbal sweets. The fine texture leaves you licking the inside of your mouth, while 50-year-old vines bring impressive shape and concentration. A gentle trickle of acidity leads to a soft, lingering finish. The nose is very promising, though it could be more fresh, and there’s a little warmth on the close.
