Vinous Tasting Note

Ayala’s NV Brut Majeur (base 2021) is laced with hints of lemon peel, white flowers and slate. It offers good energy but also lacks focus and feels a touch light on the mid-palate, all hallmarks of the challenges of the 2021 vintage. I would prefer to drink this over the next few years while the flavors retain brightness. Dosage is 6 grams per liter.
