In 2003, the Cuvée Marie Beurrier from Henri Bonneau tamed the historic heat of the vintage to deliver a substance that is at once solar, voluminous, and surprisingly digestible. This mature Châteauneuf-du-Pape now reveals a patinated aromatic profile where cedar and fine spices mingle with ripe black fruit that is still very much present. On the palate, the texture has beautifully melted, stretching its finish along a fresh framework and a noble length that mark the unique signature of the estate.
