Vinous Tasting Note

The 2023 Bourgogne Pinot Noir Cuvée Jeunesse has a very ripe, rather Mediterranean nose, which is pleasant in itself, albeit not typically Côte d'Or. The palate is very sweet on the entry and a little lower in acidity than others, with clean, sweet pastille-like blackcurrant flavors on the finish. This is early drinking.
