Vinous Tasting Note

Nose initially dominated by vibrant lemon, lime, spices and stone, but showed more mature waxy and nutty notes with aeration. Big, frothy and dry, with slightly edgy flavors of apple, pear and nut skin. Fairly full but light on its feet. I marked this down for some older earthy, roasted tones that emerged with time in the glass.
