Wine Spectator Tasting Note

A rich, expressive version, with a ripe core of spiced apple, persimmon and mango flecked with ginger and sea salt. Driving the energy are zesty orange peel bitterness and all of the tangy, succulent acidity that Chenin can deliver. Stitched up on the bone-dry finish, with a cooling rush of river stone mineral notes. Delicious. Drink now through 2032. 1,000 cases made, 200 cases imported.
