Rivesaltes Riveyrac 1965

This wine is a blend of historic grape varieties from Roussillon: Grenache noir, gris, and blanc, maccabeo, and malvoisie. Harvested late on the terroir of rolled pebbles from Domaine Tricoire, it then matured for a long time in oak casks. This exceptional wine with complex aromas will pair beautifully with chocolate desserts and can be served as an aperitif or enjoyed alone as a 'wine for meditation'.
