About the Producer

Domaine Yves Cuilleron is a brilliant signature of the northern Rhône Valley, where it crafts wines of great elegance and remarkable precision. The family history dates back to the 1920s, but it was truly Yves Cuilleron who revealed the estate's potential starting in the late 1980s, by magnifying the exceptional terroirs of Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie, and Saint-Joseph. His wines offer a modern and fresh interpretation of the northern Côtes du Rhône. Among the iconic cuvées are the Condrieu Les Chaillets, a sumptuous expression of the Viognier grape variety, as well as the La Petite Côte cuvée. In red, the Côte-Rôtie Madinière and the Saint-Joseph Les Serines bear witness to his talent with Syrah. Today, Domaine Yves Cuilleron spans several appellations, offering a range of red and white wines of a particularly accomplished standard. It is said that Yves Cuilleron's great-grandfather was already cultivating vines on these steep slopes, perpetuating a family tradition rooted in the Rhône landscape. Among the most sought-after cuvées are Cave Yves Cuilleron Condrieu Les Chaillets, Cave Yves Cuilleron Condrieu La Petite Cote, and Cave Yves Cuilleron Cote Rotie Madiniere—useful benchmarks for understanding the house's identity.
