Le Clos des Lambrays is a very full-bodied, robust yet supple wine, "an iron fist in a velvet glove." With aromas of dark fruits (blackberries, blueberries), it is powerful and elegant, with noble, rounded tannins.

A few words on the 2010 vintage: Low yields make 2010 a true Burgundian vintage: rare, concentrated, refined, and long-lasting. Late harvests, meticulous grape selection, and rigorous sorting were rewarded with fruity wines that are highly representative of their terroirs.
