• Châteauneuf-du-Pape "La Guigasse" 2023 — Chapelle Saint-Théodoric · Pure Grenache on the sands of Châteauneuf, where perfume and power meet. Red fruit, wild herbs, and menthol notes, and a long finish.
• Cornas 2023 — Clape · The reference point for Cornas: old vines on granite, whole clusters, no new oak. Black olive and iron, and a decade before it has much to say.
• Côte-Rôtie 2023 — Jean-Paul & Loïc Jamet · Syrah drawn from parcels scattered across the whole appellation and blended into one wine, while the rest of Côte-Rôtie bottles its sites one by one. Violet, pepper, black olive.
• Saint-Joseph 2023 — Jean-Louis Chave · From the steep granite terraces above Mauves, the original heart of the appellation. The precision of Chave’s Hermitage without the wait.
• Domaine des Tours 2021 — Vin de Pays de Vaucluse · Pale in the glass, light-footed and floral, then long and savoury, with the tannin showing only at the end. Built on lift rather than weight.
• Les Tours Blanc Cuvée Grenache 2020 — IGP Vaucluse · Grenache Blanc from the same hand, held back and released late. Quince, almond and a waxy depth that belongs at the table rather than before it.
