North to south, six estates that made the Rhône's reputation — Clape, Jamet, Chave, and the Rayas orbit.

• Domaine des Tours 2021 — Pale in the glass, light-footed and floral, then long and savoury, with the tannin showing only at the end. Built on lift rather than weight.
• Les Tours Blanc, Cuvée Grenache 2020 — Grenache Blanc from the same hand, held back and released late. Quince, almond and a waxy depth that belongs at the table rather than before it.
• Chapelle Saint Théodoric "La Guigasse" 2023 — Pure Grenache on the sands of Châteauneuf, where perfume and power meet. Red fruit, wild herbs, and menthol notes, and a long finish..
• Cornas, Clape 2023 — The reference point for Cornas: old vines on granite, whole clusters, no new oak. Black olive, blood orange and crushed pepper, with a dark, smoky depth.
• Côte-Rôtie, Jean-Paul et Loïc Jamet 2023 — Syrah drawn from parcels scattered across the whole appellation and blended into one wine, while the rest of Côte-Rôtie producers tend to bottle their ‘lieux-dits’ seperately. Violet, pepper, black olive.
• Saint-Joseph, Jean-Louis Chave 2023 — From the steep granite terraces above Mauves, the original heart of the appellation. Violet, black cherry, fine tannin and the silk that makes a Chave red recognisable.
