Domaine Lafarge Vial embodies a successful alliance between Burgundy and Beaujolais, uniting the expertise of two passionate winemaking families. The story takes root in the Côte de Beaune with Domaine Michel Lafarge, a benchmark in Volnay for several generations. Building on this Burgundian heritage, Frédéric Lafarge partnered with his wife, Chantal Vial-Lafarge, to found this unique estate. The heart of Lafarge Vial beats in the Beaujolais, on the lands of Chiroubles, but happily extends to the appellations of Fleurie and Côte de Brouilly. The estate's red wines are distinguished by their vibrant fruit and natural elegance, with an approach inspired by the finest Burgundian methods. This precision is found in the particularly seductive Fleurie Clos Vernay, as well as in the single-parcel Fleurie cuvées such as 'Joie du Palais' and Bel Air. The estate also offers a fruity and indulgent Chiroubles, and a Côte de Brouilly with a more refined and mineral profile.
