About the Producer

The Champagne Fleury Père & Fils estate is a pioneer in the Côte des Bars, a region of Champagne at the gateway to Burgundy. Based in Courteron, this family estate distinguished itself very early on through its commitment to biodynamics, an approach that still shapes the style of its champagnes today. Fleury tends its vines with particular care, cultivating Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and the rarer Pinot Blanc with respect for the environment. Champagne Fleury Père & Fils champagnes brilliantly express the typicity of this terroir, favoring pure fruit and elegant vinosity. Among the iconic cuvées are the Boléro Extra Brut, a vinous champagne of great precision, as well as the Blanc de Noirs Brut, appreciated for its richness and vibrant fruitiness. The house also offers more exclusive single-plot cuvées, revealing the diversity of the Côte des Bars terroirs. Did you know that Fleury was among the first to convert its entire vineyard to biodynamics, a bold move that left its mark on the history of Champagne? Among the most sought-after cuvées are Fleury Père et Fils Bolero Extra Brut, Fleury Père et Fils Extra Brut Millésimé, and Fleury Père et Fils Blanc de Noirs Brut, all useful benchmarks for understanding the house's identity.
