    Vinous Tasting Note

    The 2016 Barolo Riserva Perno Vigna Disa is ethereal and perfumed. Next to the Riserva Perno, the Disa is so eccentric, in all the right ways. An exotic mélange of dried flowers, mint, blood orange, rose petal, mint and sweet red cherry fruit wafts from the glass. The interplay of aromatics, structure and bright saline notes lends tremendous character. The Disa emerges from the estates oldest vines, planted in 1967.
