Delivery time and availability

The process of delivery by our team, which is at your disposal from Mondays to Fridays, as soon as payment of the invoice has been received. The order is shipped to the shipping address you have provided at the moment of validating the order.

Delivery in France (metropole) takes generally 24h to 48h in express, 3 to 6 working days in classic and 5 to 10 days for Europe (depending on the shipping address). We cannot be held liable for the delivery time of postal mail, only for shipment by transporter. Overdue delivery delays shall not result in demands of compensation. The Delivery time to other countries depends on the destination. Please note that wine orders depart from mondays to fridays only. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We have a stock of over 300 000 bottles available. Deliveries are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will reimburse you or replace it in accordance with you. The sale includes a clause of reservation of title according to French law N° 80335 (12/05/80).

Prices

All our prices are shown in EURO, either include VAT or are net, depending on the choice of the user (except for « Futures » which are shown net). VAT is 20 %. Prices are per bottle or per stated format. Regarding delivery cost and insurance, please refer to the chapters below. There is no minimum quantity of an order, unless stated otherwise.
Prices are non-binding. Certain wines are reserved for the French market only.

Shipping Cost

COLLECTING THE ORDER AT OUR PREMISES: Picking up you wine in the 60 days following your order is free of charge. After that check our « storage cost » page.

- Metropolitan France : 20€ incl. VAT
- Free shipping applies for any order over 800 inc. VAT

- Mainland Italy*, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg : 35 € inc. VAT
- Free shipping applies for any order over 3000€ inc. VAT

Express Shipping, from one to five bottles : 42 € incl.VAT regardless of the amount of the order. For larger quantities, please contact us.

- For islands such as Baleares, Sicily and Sardegna, etc… We can provide you with quote depending on quantities.

For other destinations, we can provide a quote depending on the quantities ordered.

INSURANCE: is 1% of the value of the order. The insurance fee is charged regardless of the amount of the order, the destination or the mode of transport, whether normal or express. This insurance allows you to be fully reimbursed in case of loss, theft or breakage.

CHRONOPOST 24h: You can choose express shipping, the sdelivery service is provided by Chronopost for delivery the next day before 1pm, for an order placed and paid before 2pm. We cannot be held liable for those delays, it’s the responsability of Chronopost. Costs are:

• For 1 at 6 bottles: 25 Euros incl. VAT
• For 6 to 12 bottles 30 Euros incl. VAT
• For 13 to 24 bottles 45 Euros incl. VAT
• For 25 to 36 bottles 60 Euros incl. VAT
• For more than 37 bottles 1,80 euro incl.VAT per bottle

The goods are being shipped under the current transport regulation. In case of litigation, (breakage, missing bottles, damaged goods) Any anomaly (items missing, breakage, deterioration) must be clearly stated on the delivery note along with the name and quantities of the missing or deteriorated bottles and brought to the attention of the transporter by certified mail within 3 days after receipt of the goods. As soon as we have been informed of the litigation either by fax, mail, or e-mail (within 8 days maximum), we will bring in the insurance company to have you reimbursed or to replace the bottles of wine.

Warning : Please note that formulations such as « subject of unwrapping » have no legal value.

DELIVERY ADDRESS: Verify that the delivery informations you have provided are correct, if possible indicate the telephone numbers that you are reacheable at.

“Cooling off” period

As a buyer you are entitled to a “cooling off” or cancellation period according to French consumer law (L 121-16), which is 7 days after receiving your order. The exchange or reimbursement of your order will take place within 30 days after receipt of the returned goods. The order has to be returned in its original packaging and along with the invoice. The shipping costs (initial and return), as well as the preparation costs, are at the charge of the buyer. MILLESIMES SAS has to be informed of the return of the goods by email or by postal mail.

Legal information

According to French law (N°59-107, 7. January 1959) the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited. The buyer promises to be 18 or more at the moment of placing the order.

The abuse of alcohol is dangerous to your health. Consume with moderation.

MILLESIMES SAS promises to respect the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer. The use of these informations is strictly reserved for MILLÉSIMES.
According to French law (N°78-17, paragraph 27, 6. January 1978) the buyer has the liberty to rectify or ask for deletion of his personal information.

OTHER

Corked wines:

The responsibility in case of corked wines belongs to the property (or retailer), who has bottled. In case of taste of corked wine, the procedure is: Send the bottle back (full or practically) and the original cork with a letter stipulating the purchase to our company. On receipt, we send the complaint to the property (or retailer) concerned, who will judge the request and decide or not the replacing. On receipt of the decision, we will let you know and if the decision is positive we will proceed to the replacing proposed by the property (retailer).
